Christion Kirkley

I was born in Pensacola, Florida, and grew up in a small Tennessee town with plenty of love but limited resources. At 18, I joined the Navy, which broadened my horizons and instilled in me a mindset of freedom and possibilities. Post-Navy, I worked in welding and project management before transitioning to sales, which taught me valuable skills. However, I desired more financial knowledge, leading me to a banking career at Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase. Despite my achievements, I felt unfulfilled, so my wife and I prayed for direction and decided to venture into entrepreneurship.

We started with house hacking on Airbnb, then expanded into rental properties, medium-term rentals, and fix and flips. Now, we manage multiple flip projects and medium/ long term rentals helping passive investors increase returns through real estate. One of my greatest passions is teaching financial literacy to empower and enlighten others, helping them achieve their full potential.
